Four new members join the Family Support Council

We are pleased to have four new parents whose children are supported by Community Bridges join our Family Support Council.  All four learned more about the FSC at our Open House last spring. The enthusiasm and desire of these new members to become more knowledgeable about initiatives that support individuals and their families has been inspiring.

Currently, plans are being made to create more local opportunities for families and individuals to come together to meet one another, to learn new information through a variety of workshops, and to eventually form a strong network of families in each of the five focal areas of Hillsborough, Concord, New London, Franklin, Pittsfield and their surrounding towns.

We are excited to see the ways in which families and individuals in our region will become more connected and involved in their communities in 2007.
