HOME PROVIDERS

Seeking active, patient people or families in the Merrimack County and northern Hillsborough County area, open to inviting a person experiencing a disability to live with them in their home. Home Providers will help the individual to lead a successful, rewarding life by developing relationships, participating in activities, and becoming a positively-known member of the community. Families involved in activities at home and in the community preferred. Some individuals may have a day program with staff, while others could be with the family throughout the day. Monthly stipend in return for support.

Community Bridges supports individuals throughout Merrimack County (except Hooksett) plus the towns of Deering, Hillsboro, and Weare.

LIVE IN COMPANIONS

Community Bridges is seeking an active and caring person or families that are interested in opening their home to an individual that is experiencing a disability to live with them. We currently have a female individual that would like to reside in the Concord area and a male individual that is looking for a home in Pittsfield, NH.  We are also looking for a male that would prefer a quiet country setting with animals, but no children.  If you are interested please apply.
