BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION PROGRAM MANAGER (Full-time)
The Behavior Intervention Program Manager will oversee residential and day services to individuals in the Concord area that experience challenging behavioral issues. A minimum of two years working with individuals that experience a developmental disability, knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessment, current best practices and regional standards for behavioral issues are required. Staff supervision and training experience are a must. Experience developing and implementing teaching and behavior plans and ability to work flexible schedule are a plus.

Community Bridges is currently hiring staff for our In Home Supports Program. We are seeking people who are committed to supporting individuals in reaching their highest potential. As an In Home Support Provider you will be responsible for providing supports to individuals between the ages of 3-21, with guidance and oversight from a parent, both in the home and the community, as well as helping them to increase various skills. A High School degree or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are a must. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. MIS ASSISTANT (Part-time, 20 hours/week)
Assist the MIS Director in IT functions and help provide continuity of IT services to the Agency. Responsibilities include help desk/user assistance, computer configuration and setup, software upgrades and PC maintenance, network administration basics, database administration basics, clean and prepare retired equipment and other duties as assigned. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a related field are required.
OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Full-time)
NEW OPPORTUNITY! The Office Support Specialist will assist Program Managers in daily functions; primarily the tracking and filing of paperwork and organization of documentation maintained as paper copies and electronic formats. Join our transdisciplinary team! Busy Early Supports and Services program seeks an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist. Program serves children living in greater Merrimack County, ages birth through three who have developmental delays and their families. Services are home and community based and family centered. Responsibilities include providing developmental assessments, therapy, case coordination, consultation, and providing family education and support. Experience with pediatric population, current professional license, and a valid NH driver's license required.
PERSONAL SUPPORT PROVIDER (Full-time and Part-time)
Residential and Day Services offers a variety of employment options as a Personal Support Provider including community supports, in-home personal care, and residential care for adults. These positions require a high degree of people skills that include good communication, dependability and a positive attitude. We provide support to people with a variety of needs in a variety of settings. Our support hours and days can include days, nights, weekends and holidays. All of our positions, whether full-time, part-time, or relief, require people with flexible schedules and a willingness to provide different types of support that can include:
· Bathing & toileting assistance or total care
· Assistance with grocery shopping
· Driving a wheelchair van for medical appointments or community activities

SELF-ADVOCACY GROUP ADVISOR (Part-Time, 13-15 hours per month)
This new position will assist regional consumer self-advocacy groups in those tasks needed to form an organized process for regular meetings for planning, skill building or other activities that they identify to advance their capacity to advocate for their own interests. High school diploma or equivalent needed. 3-5 years of direct experience with people experiencing disabilities also required.
SELF DIRECTED SERVICES COORDINATOR (Full-time)
Help support the growing number of individuals and families wanting to design, implement and manage their own services, supports and account resources. Responsibilities include assisting families with program management, fiscal accounting, regulatory oversight and hiring support staff. The ideal candidate should have a human services and general accounting background. They must possess good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work independently and as part of dynamic teams in a fast paced environment. The ability to analyze budget reports and spreadsheets and utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel, is also needed. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or business related field or the equivalent background is required.
SERVICE COORDINATOR (Full-time)
Seeking a career-minded, creative and hardworking person who understands the value and importance community connections and relationships have in everyone's lives. This person will work in support of individuals who experience a developmental disability and their families to envision and make plans for experiencing a meaningful life. Formal service coordination and facilitation of a person-centered planning process is an integral component of this role. Applicants must possess strong communication and writing skills and have a good working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of regional and state resources is a plus. A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of human services experience is required.
