Community Bridges
Working Together to Support People
Welcome

If you, a family member or someone you care about has a disability... If you live in Merrimack County (except Hooksett), Deering, Hillsboro or Weare in New Hampshire.... If you're hungry for information, for support, for inspiration... then you've come to the right place.

Community Bridges is a community-based not-for-profit agency that supports people with disabilities and their families. We serve as a bridge between challenge and opportunity, between people with disabilities and their communities.

We facilitate growth and change. We celebrate achievement. And we promote inclusion.

We invite you to use this Web site to learn more about Community Bridges' programs, connect with other community resources and families, and access reliable information through our on-line resource library. Most of all, we invite you to join us in celebrating the successes of some very successful people.
