William Cohen
Business and Financial Consultant
Bill Cohen is a business consultant for the IT field, after working for many years in financial and real estate analysis. He has served on the Community Bridges’ board for six years and is currently serving as vice president. He is also serving a three-year term as a member of the budget committee for the Town of Bow. Bill and his wife, Carol and their two children live in Bow.

Frank Davis
Board Member
Frank Davis is a retired teacher of history and government, who lives in Pembroke with his wife, Patricia. He has served on the Community Bridges’ board for five years and in the N.H. House of Representatives for 11 years, including four as assistant majority leader. Frank enjoys his 18 grandchildren, reading, travel, and participating in 5k road races.

Brad Hosmer
Owner/President, Beta Consulting Group
Brad Hosmer is a management consultant with Beta Consulting, a company that he founded in 1987. He has been a Community Bridges board member since 1997. Brad has a BS degree in mechanical engineering from WPI and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Betsy McNamara
Principal, Full Circle Consulting
Betsy McNamara is a Full Circle Principal and Senior Consultant with 23 years experience fundraising for nonprofit organizations. Betsy has raised millions of dollars for organizations in education, human services, affordable housing, the arts and land conservation.
Betsy has served on the board of Community Bridges since 2002, including a two-year term as president. Betsy lives in Concord with her husband and two sons. Betsy’s family was introduced to Community Bridges when her younger son was eight-months-old and have benefitted from the good and important services provided by Community Bridges ever since.

Davis Ossoff
Owner, Endicott Trading Corp.
David Ossoff is a partner in a biofuel company and is involved in several other local business ventures. He has been on the Community Bridges Finance Committee since 2008 and joined the board in 2010. David and his wife Leslie have three children and have lived in Concord since the mid-1980’s.

Kristin Phillips
Co-owner, Smith Phillips Strategic Communications
Kristin Phillips is a principal at Smith Phillips Strategic Communications, a public relations firm in Concord. She is secretary of the Community Bridges board and serves as the Advocacy Committee chair. Kristin holds a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. She is a graduate of UNH Institute on Disability’s Leadership program and serves on the board of Best Buddies New Hampshire. Kristin lives in Concord with her husband and three children.

Bob Quinn
Government Affairs Director, NH Association of Realtors
JBob Quinn has served as the Government Affairs Director of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS since 2009, and is in his second year serving on the Community Bridges board. He has 18 years of legislative, political and fundraising experience most recently having served as Vice President of Program Management for a New Hampshire-based consultancy that provides government affairs, public relations and real estate development services to a variety of businesses; and has held staff positions in both Congress and the State House. Bob grew up in Hanover and now lives in Concord.

Carol Schapira
Special Education Coordinator, Henniker School District
Carol Schapira has worked in the field of special education for the past 30 years as a teacher for students with learning disabilities and most recently as an administrator. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and received her Master's Degree from Rivier College. She lives in Contoocook with her husband, Jeff. They have two grown children, Michael and Leslie.

Glenn Stuart
Professor of Theatre, New England College
Glenn Stuart is a Professor of Theatre at New England College where he has taught for 27 years. He also serves as the resident scenic and lighting designer for the Theatre Department. In addition, Glenn is the founder and director of the Open Door Theatre. Glenn has been a Community Bridges board member since 2005. He lives in Concord with his wife Kelly Doremus and their daughter Dylan.

John Taylor
Clerk, Shaw's
John Taylor lives with his family and has worked at Shaw’s for ten years in customer service, and also at Toys-R-Us. He has been a part of Community Bridges for a long time and shares their vision for individuals. His nephews have received services from Community Bridges, and he is glad to be on the board. John also enjoys hobbies such as camping, biking and canoeing.
