Community Bridges has two office locations in Concord, New Hampshire.  Our main location, where our administrative offices are situated, is at 2 Whitney Road.  Our Service Coordination staff is located at 70 Pembroke Road. 

Driving Directions to 2 Whitney Road 

From the North: Take Interstate 93 South to exit 17; at the end of the ramp take a right.  Take the first road on the left, Whitney Road.  Take the first driveway on the right, this is 2 Whitney Road.  Community Bridges offices are located at the main entrance to the building.  

From the South: Take Interstate 93 North to exit 17; at the end of the ramp take a right.  After you pass over the highway take the first road on the left, Whitney Road.  Take the first driveway on the right, this is 2 Whitney Road.  Community Bridges offices are located at the main entrance to the building.  

Driving Directions to 70 Pembroke Road 

From the North: Take Interstate 93 South to exit 16; at the end of the ramp take a left.  At the stop sign take a right and then bear left up the hill on RT. 132.  Follow through two sets of lights.  At the third set of lights (Loudon Rd) go straight across onto Canterbury Rd.  At four way stop sign go left and take a right into the visitor parking lot at 70 Pembroke Rd. 

From the South: Take Interstate 93 North to exit 13, Manchester St.  At end of ramp go right onto Manchester St.  Get in left lane and take left at first set of lights onto Old Turnpike Road.  Stay straight through lights (Old Turnpike turns into Regional Drive) and take first road on left, Chenell Drive.  At stop sign take a left.  Community Bridges is a 1/2 mile down on left.  Take a left into visitor parking at the red fence.
