Driving Directions

From the North: Take Interstate 93 South; pass through Concord, after Exit 12S bear right onto Interstate 89. On Interstate 89 take Exit 2 (Clinton Street/Route 13), at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Clinton St. (Route 13 West). Travel 3 miles-Community Bridges is on the left.

From the South: Take Interstate 93 North, prior the Concord take the exit at the Junction of I 93/I 89and follow the signs to Interstate 89. On Interstate 89 take Exit 2 (Clinton Street/Route 13), at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Clinton St. (Route 13 West). Travel 3 miles-Community Bridges is on the left.

From the East: Take Route 4 to Concord; from Route 4 bear right to Interstate 393, from I393 take the exit onto 93 South. Take Interstate 93 South; pass through Concord, after Exit 12S bear right onto Interstate 89. On Interstate 89 take Exit 2 (Clinton Street/Route 13), at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Clinton St. (Route 13 West). Travel 3 miles-Community Bridges is on the left.

Take Route 3 to Concord: After the car dealerships and restaurants (on Manchester Street) you will pass over the river, take the onramp on the left onto Interstate 93 South, after Exit 12S bear right onto Interstate 89. On Interstate 89 take Exit 2 (Clinton Street/Route 13), at the end of the off-ramp turn left onto Clinton St. (Route 13 West). Travel 3 miles-Community Bridges is on the left.

From the West: Take Route 202/9 into Concord, after you pass the Concord Hospital on your left bear right at the next set of lights. This set of lights is on the corner of Fruit Street and Pleasant Street/Route 202 (Concord High School is ahead and to the left), take a right onto Fruit Street, at the end of Fruit Street take a right, this is Clinton Street. Travel 4.3 miles-Community Bridges is on the left.
