Support Family Grants

Family Grants are designed to provide financial assistance to individuals and families connected to Community Bridges, helping them access opportunities that go beyond what traditional funding sources can cover.

While many supports are available through the developmental services system, there are times when additional resources can make a meaningful difference—whether it’s trying something new, building independence, or participating more fully in community life.

The Family Grants program is not yet available. We are actively working to build this fund so that grants can be offered in the future. Contributions made today will help establish and grow this program.

Family Grants are funded entirely through donations. Unlike general contributions, gifts designated to Family Grants will be set aside specifically to support individuals and families once the program launches.

Attend or Support an Event

Join us at an upcoming event or become a sponsor. Events help bring the community together while raising funds to support our work.

Community Yard Sale Fundraiser

Reserve a space at our annual Community Bridges Yard Sale and join us for a day of community connection. Sellers keep their proceeds, while space reservations and event activities help support individuals and families connected to Community Bridges.

NH Gives

Community Bridges participates in NH Gives, a 24-hour online fundraising event that brings together nonprofits and community members across the state. This year, donations will help build the Family Grants program, which will support future opportunities for individuals and families.

Community Bridges supports more than 1,100 individuals and families across Merrimack County. From early supports for young children to services for adults, your generosity helps create opportunities for connection, independence, and community inclusion.

About Your Gift

Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families in central New Hampshire. As an Area Agency, we contract with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to provide a range of services across the lifespan.

Private donations play an important role in helping us go beyond what is publicly funded—allowing us to respond to emerging needs, strengthen community connections, and expand opportunities for the people we support.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
