Ann Potoczak
President and Chief Executive Officer

Ann earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Bridgewater University with a concentration in Motor Development Therapy. Additionally, she has completed and received a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from Tisch College at Tufts University. She has worked in her field for 41 years and has been with Community Bridges for 38 years. Ann is a recipient of the Noyse Award for Leadership within the Agency. A resident of Concord, NH, and is married with two adult children. She enjoys spending time at the ocean and doing projects around the house.
Sherry Harding MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Sherry brings over 25 years of people operations and project management experience to Community Bridges. She has worked in several Industries including manufacturing, nonprofit, healthcare, engineering, and financial services. Sherry has a degree in accounting, a bachelor’s degree in management, and a master’s degree in organizational development and leadership. Previous Board appointments have been with a local HR Chapter, MAHRA and Community Bridges. Currently Sherry serves on the board of the NH State HR Council.
In her personal life Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, reading, gardening, and getting in as much scuba diving as she can fit in. Future goals are to complete her PhD and one day teach at the college level sharing her love for People Operations.
Courtney Faison
Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships

Courtney is a graduate of Loyola College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and of Towson University with a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to managing the Family Support Department at Community Bridges, Courtney worked as the Education Coordinator for Catholic Charities Head Start of Baltimore City. Courtney’s career in both social work and education has paved the way for her current role as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships.
Courtney is the recipient of the 2022 Gerstenberger Award for Outstanding Leadership at Community Bridges. Courtney prides herself in her communication skills and strategic approach, which have helped her thrive in her career. When Courtney is not at work, she is busy being a mother, an avid reader, and a travel enthusiast.
Leon C. Nowicki
Director of Strategic Initiatives & Legal Counsel

Leon is a seasoned attorney who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate guidance to those who need a hand. A member of the New Hampshire Bar and Massachusetts Bar, Leon brings over twelve years of experience in representing individuals and businesses in all stages of complex civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and advising on general business matters. A Suffolk University Law School graduate, Leon lives in Manchester with his wife and daughter. He enjoys reading, hiking, and DIY projects and is an avid Boston sports fan.
Terry Burnett

Terry is a semi-native of NH, having only been in the state for 46 years. She originated in California. Being the middle child of five, Terry found HR as a career rather naturally. Starting right out of college, she worked in the office of a nursing home in Keene. In building her career, she eventually led the administrative office and HR at a second facility in Peterborough. Before joining Community Bridges in 2022, Terry spent 16 years at Eastern Mountain Sports, eight years running her own business, 14 years working for C&S Wholesale Grocers, and Admix, a small employee-owned manufacturing company, for nine years.
She lives in Henniker, in an 1898 Victorian that she and her husband have been restoring for the past 20 years - and are almost done! They enjoy traveling and family and are always up to having fun!
Kerry Auger
Senior Director of Community Choices

Kerry joined Community Bridges in September 2009, beginning her career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Over the years, she held various positions across programs, briefly serving as a DSP in other areas before transitioning into leadership roles. She has served as a Program Coordinator and then advanced to Program Manager. Later, she stepped into the role of Director of Program Development. In July 2022, Kerry accepted the role of Senior Director of Community Choices, where she continues to oversee and support a wide range of person-centered programs and initiatives that promote independence and inclusion.
A New Hampshire native, Kerry enjoys camping during the summer and working on home projects during the colder months.
Julia Haas
Controller

Julia grew up just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting with Honors from Valdosta State University. She has called New Hampshire home for the past 16 years and has been part of the Community Bridges team since 2012. She began as a Senior Accountant, later served as Assistant Controller, and now holds the role of Controller. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling around New England with her dogs and volunteering her time to support animal organizations.
