This supportive outreach program pairs individuals with dedicated staff members through personalized one-on-one arrangements, delivering focused hourly support. Each support staff member undergoes a meticulous screening and interview process, ensuring they are not only qualified but also matched with the participant's personality and lifestyle for a harmonious connection.

These compassionate direct support providers support participants in developing relationships within the community, empowering participants to engage and flourish among their neighbors. Additionally, they work to connect individuals and their families to essential community-based services and health care providers to ensure that everyone can access the resources they need.
