Community Bridges’ Annual Photo Contest is back—and this year, we’re bringing everyone together in one shared contest for individuals, families, and staff.
We invite you to submit photos that capture warmth, kindness, connection, and joy. From candid moments and beautiful landscapes to beloved pets and meaningful portraits, each image helps tell the story of community and belonging.

Participants may submit one photo per category.
Prizes & Recognition
For each category, prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st Place: $150
-
2nd Place: $100
-
3rd Place: $75
Winning photos will be enlarged into posters and proudly displayed in the halls of Community Bridges. Winners will also be celebrated at a small awards reception, where they’ll receive their prize and see their photo on display.

Community Bridges Annual Photo Contest – Official Rules
Last year, we hosted separate contests for staff and the people we support. This year, we’re excited to host a shared photo contest for individuals and families connected to Community Bridges and Community Bridges staff.
We look forward to seeing the moments that inspire you.
Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals and families connected to Community Bridges, as well as Community Bridges staff.

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Photo Categories
Participants may submit one (1) photo per category, for a maximum of four (4) entries total.

Photos may not be entered into more than one category.
Submission Guidelines

Original Work
All photos must be taken by the person submitting the entry. Photos taken by someone else or sourced from the internet are not permitted. -
Appropriate Content
Photos must be clean, respectful, and non-controversial, and align with Community Bridges’ values. -
No Alterations
Photos may not include overlay text, stickers, graphics, or other added elements. -
Theme & Tone
Submissions should be bright and cheerful, depicting warmth, kindness, fun, and an inviting sense of community. -
Permission & Consent
Any photo that includes identifiable individuals must be accompanied by written permission to use their likeness. -
Submission Method
Entries must be submitted through the official contest submission channel(s). Entries submitted through other means will be discarded without consideration. -
Deadline
Submissions will not be accepted after the posted deadline.
Judging & Awards

Photos will be reviewed and judged by a designated panel.

All judging decisions are final.

Community Bridges reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not conform to contest rules or is deemed inappropriate.

Winners will also be invited to a small awards reception, where they will receive their prize and view their displayed poster.
Use of Photos
By entering the contest, participants grant Community Bridges permission to use submitted photos for promotional and advertising purposes.
Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry.

Prizes must be claimed by the winner and are non-transferable.
Violations
Failure to follow contest rules may result in disqualification from the contest and future contests.
Community Bridges values privacy, dignity, and respect. Please do not submit photos that include personal, medical, or confidential information. Photos should reflect individuals in a respectful and positive manner and align with Community Bridges’ commitment to inclusion and person-centered supports.

I have obtained permission from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photo (or their parent/legal guardian) to allow their likeness to be used.

I grant Community Bridges permission to use the submitted photo for promotional, educational, and advertising purposes, including print and digital materials.

I understand that my photo may be displayed publicly, including being enlarged and displayed in Community Bridges’ facilities, if selected as a winning entry.
