Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Full-time)

Community Bridges is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, who will provide control and oversight of the agency’s $30,000,000 of Medicaid, private insurance and miscellaneous billing. The position requires sound accounting knowledge and analytical skills.

Day to day activities include tracking funding changes and billing, resolving denied or pending claims, assuring all appropriate billing has been processed and reporting status of billing to the Controller.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Accounting degree preferred. At least 3 years experience with a combination of accounting and private insurance billing preferred. Job Code: ARCoord.

Behavioral Interventionist (10 hours/week per child)

2 new openings! The Early Childhood Behavioral Interventionist works with families with young children (birth-3 years) and as part of Early Childhood Services team to carry out interventions designed to address the behavior and communication issues of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Candidates must have knowledge about typical child development, comfort with providing home based, family centered services and participating on a transdisciplinary team.

Associates Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field and pediatric 0-3 experience required; home based experience and experience participating on transdisciplinary team and experience with children with Autism preferred. Direct Support Provider (Per Diem)

5+ Openings due to growth within our Behavior Program! Responsible, detail-oriented Support Providers with good follow through needed to support adult males with developmental disabilities who have exhibited high-risk and challenging behaviors.

Positive male role models preferred to demonstrate appropriate behavior, provide consistency and supervision, and assist individuals with social skills, boundaries, and goals. Professional mental health/high-risk behavior experience required. Criminal Justice/Legal System experience preferred. Per Diem (Relief) staff needed for all shifts. Job Code: DSP BPM.

Direct Support Provider (Per Diem)

2-3 Openings for responsible, detail-oriented Support Providers with patience and good follow through needed to support adult females with developmental disabilities who have exhibited challenging behaviors.

Positive female role models preferred to demonstrate appropriate behavior, provide consistency and supervision, and assist individuals with social skills, boundaries and goals. Staff will also assist with personal care needs. Previous professional experience surrounding behaviors preferred. Per Diem (Back up) staff needed for all shifts. Job Code: DSP BPF.

Direct Support Provider (Per Diem)

Residential and Day Services offers a variety of employment options as a Direct Support Provider including community supports, in-home personal care, and residential care for adults with some medical and personal care needs.

These positions require a high degree of people skills that include good communication, dependability and a positive attitude. We provide support to people with a variety of needs in a variety of settings. Our support hours and days can include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. All of our positions, whether part-time or relief, require people with flexible schedules and a willingness to provide different types of support that can include:

  • Bathing & toileting assistance or total care
  • Assistance with grocery shopping
  • Driving a personal vehicle or wheelchair van for medical appointments or community activities
  • Assisting or performing household tasks

Early Childhood Occupational Therapist (Part-time)

Busy Early Intervention program seeks a Occupational Therapist, part-time, 20-28 hours per week. Our program serves children (and their families) living in greater Merrimack County, from birth through age three, who have developmental delays. Services are home and community based and family centered. Responsibilities include providing developmental assessments, therapy, case coordination, consultation and providing family education and support. Experience with pediatric population, home visiting, current professional license or ability to obtain within 30 days required. Valid driver license and ability to travel throughout greater Merrimack County also required. Job Code: ECSOT.

In Home Support Provider (Less than part-time)

Community Bridges is currently hiring staff for our In Home Supports Program in the towns of Chichester, Concord, Henniker, Newbury and Pittsfield. We are seeking individuals who are committed to supporting individuals in reaching their highest potential.

As an In Home Support Provider you will be responsible for providing supports to children and teens between the ages of 3-21, who experience a disability, with guidance and oversight from a parent, both in the home and the community, as well as helping them to increase various skills.

A high school degree or equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are a must. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required. We are looking for a team player that believes in the value of diversity that represents the core principles of Community Bridges and the unique contribution that each person adds to the community. Nurse Trainer (Full-time)

New opening due to growth! Registered Nurse needed to co-support residential and day programs in managing individual’s medication and health needs with our Senior Nurse Trainer. The key components of this role are to monitor and provide the training of the Medication Administration and healthcare coordination of non-licensed staff in accordance with He-M 1201 regulations and provide ongoing training supervision to med authorized staff to ensure competency.

The Nurse Trainer also provides assessments, observations and training; develops safe practices and ensures compliance of medication administration rules. At least 2 years of licensed experience required, with at least 1 year in mental/developmental services or Acquired Brain Injury services preferred.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, with some early mornings and evenings required and sporadic on-call coverage. Self Directed Services Coordinator (Part-time, 25 hours per week)

Join Community Bridges with the exciting and innovative approach of Self Directed Services! We are recruiting for the right person with a proven record of excellent customer service skills. This position will be responsible for assisting individuals and families to design, direct and manage services, supports and account resources.

Providing guidance and answering questions about account budgets, assisting families with supervision of staff and setting goals are a major part of this role. Candidates must possess good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, in a fast paced environment is essential.

Working knowledge of accounting software, Excel and Microsoft Office is needed. A Bachelor’s degree in human services/business related fields or the equivalent background is required. this position is eligible for earned time, milage reimbursement and participation in the 403B retirement plan.
