Family Training

To help your family better support your loved one with a disability, Community Bridges’ Individual and Family Support Services program provides educational training on a wide variety of topics.


Community Bridges presents:

Individuals participating in Community Bridges’ Self-Directed Services program need some help achieving their dreams of a positive community life. As part of partnering with individuals to give them freedom of choice and control over their lives, Community Bridges offers a variety of training, including:

  • Cooking classes
  • Art education
  • Music lessons
  • Outdoor recreation
  • Hiring and managing their own support staff, and more.
