Ann Potoczak
President and Chief Executive Officer

Ann earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Bridgewater University with a concentration in Motor Development Therapy. In addition, she has completed and received a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Leadership from the Tisch College at Tufts University. She has worked in her field for 41 years and has been with Community Bridges for 37 years. Ann is a recipient of the Noyse Award for Leadership within the Agency. A resident of Concord, NH, and is married with two adult children. She enjoys spending time at the ocean and doing projects around the house.

Frank J. Lossani
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Frank has more than 45 years of experience in non-profit accounting, finances, management, administration, operations, and construction projects. With a passion for helping individuals and families with disabilities, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Spaulding Youth Center in Northfield, New Hampshire, and Crossroads School in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Before Community Bridges, he also served as Chief Financial Officer for the New Hampshire Audubon Society and the New Hampshire Bar Association/Foundation.
Frank and his wife live in Bow, NH, and are proud of their four adult children. In his free time, Frank enjoys working on projects around the house, hiking in the great outdoors, coaching/playing softball, and collecting Lionel HO trains.
Tracey Lonergan
Vice President of Administrative Operations

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire and has worked in organizational management for over 20 years. In addition, she has been involved with Community Bridges for over thirteen years. Tracey lives in Concord, NH, with her significant other and enjoys spending time in Georgia with her son, daughter-in-law, and three granddaughters.
Sarah Aiken
Vice President of Individual & Family Support Operations

Sarah received her Master’s in Public Policy from New England College is has been in the field of disability policy for more than 16 years. An NH native, she is a graduate of the University of NH’s leadership program and holds a Leadership Education certificate in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Sarah is a strong advocate for individuals and families in NH, earning recognition by both State and local advocacy organizations; and sits on several boards of directors related to disability, including the NH Quality Council (Chair), and is currently the Governor’s appointee and Chair of the Autism Council of NH. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being active in local policy initiatives.
Tom Bunnell
Vice President and Legal Counsel

Tom has years of experience as a public interest lawyer, litigator, Medicaid policy expert, and strategic initiatives consultant in the public and private sectors. He holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He lives in Concord with his lovely spouse, with whom he has two impressive young adult children and an ancient but cheerful cat. In addition, Tom is an aspiring children’s book author, amateur guitar player, maniacal baseball fan, and alleged (but unproven) pool shark.
